Congratulations to Annie Skaggs on the purchase of Team CEO Eventing’s “The Sandpiper”. Thatcher has been an amazing addition to Team CEO, eventing at Training Level with working students Ashley Sager and Sarah MacHarg, and at the Preliminary CT level with Jane Papke. He is a very special, kind individual and we are so excited for Annie to have him in her life!!!! Congratulations!!!
