Young Event Horse Challenge… Introducing Contestant No. 1

Meet our first contestant for the Young Event Horse Challenge!

Contestant #1 comes to us from St Louis Mo.  Kelly is a  professional Project Manager for a major corporation, and a commuter student to CEO.  She has bravely decided to take a four month leave of abscense to come ensconse herself in eventing with her horse, Owen.  Owen evented through the Training Level with several CEO working students before she purchased him a few years ago.  We are so excited to have her join us for the summer!

Kelly has drawn the terrific 3yo Oldenburg filly Femme Fatale, aka Fizz.  Fizz is sired by the popular Hanoverian sire Fabuleaux, successful sire of dressage and hunter horses.  Fizz’s dam is Sprite, a TB mare who is a half sister to our first advanced level eventer, Never Stop Dreaming.  Never Stop Dreaming evented through the advanced level with Megan, having never had an XC fault at the advanced level, until he was purchased by the Belgian Team.  Fizz has a fabulous temperament and a heart of gold, and a great future in dressage, eventing, or hunters.

Kelly and Fizz will be contestant #1 of our challenge… Stay tuned tomorrow to meet  contestant #2!
