Surprise!

After the evening run, the girls and I plunked down on the couch and Jenny began playing on the net.   She started reading the USEA blog, and SURPRISE!!!

The latest post is by one of our students!!!    It was so neat to read Holly’s autobiography.    Just wanted to share this with all of you—it is a great read, and Holly and Dexter are a really special pair!    They are fresh off their very first season together….   They finished 3rd at Beginner Novice at Gemwood in their first horse trial together.   Next up, they WON the Georgetown HT!   Then their Novice debut where they finished 8th at Flying Cross.   Finally their season finale at Team Challenge, where they finished 4th in Open Novice.  A really terrific year, and every outing in the ribbons!!   Congratulations to Holly on a great year, and be sure to check out her terrific blog!

Loved it! And it’s a bit of type casting – you’re number 1 on the USEA story list, and number 1 in our book as well!!

Aww, thanks everyone! I owe it all to Team CEO for making our dreams come true… I know that sounds REALLY cheesy, but it’s the truth 🙂
